I provide physical education, tutoring and sports services. Power yoga, pilates, fitness training, aerobics, step aerobics, bodystyling, circuit training, interval training, etc. I organise international and domestic holidays with sports and exercise programmes, wellness weekends and exercise classes.

We offer group and individual classes for women: Pilates Clinic, Pilates machines, pelvic floor, healthy body, healthy feet.

Our name says it all, our gym is open non-stop and therefore we don't know holidays, opening hours and we have no restrictions, just register and start working out whenever you feel like it.
