The primary goal of the Academy is to advance strength and conditioning training at the level of Czech sports clubs, individual athletes, and amateur athletes. The long-term goal is to create a new system of training that strives for all-round sports readiness.

We offer fitness trainer services. A form of proper and healthy fitness under the constant supervision of professional trainers with elements of physiotherapy. Post-injury conditions, emphasis on injury prevention in sports or leisure activities is the optimal complement for your training.

We operate a gymnastic-parkour section.

Fitness for women with circuit training. Our workout burns fat and shapes the female figure. A trainer takes care of you at all times and can also advise you on diet.

We run a sports centre with a restaurant. There are treadmills, badminton, squash or table tennis courts. We organize classes in Muay Thai, alpinning, bodystyling, TRX, yoga for children and adults, pilates, exercise for seniors and moms with children. We offer body diagnostics, personal training.

I provide the services of a health coach.

We provide the possibility of exercise on the TRX suspension system. We provide circuit training, abdominal baking, self-defense, schwinn cycling and massage.

I provide personal trainer services. I focus on an individual approach. I provide fitness, reduction and shaping training plans, diet programs and volume measurements or weigh-ins. I provide group exercise classes as well as circuit, functional or conditioning training or Jogalates.
