The multifunctional building in the city centre, designed by architect Jiří Suchomel and his team, was built between 1975 and 1990. In addition to the main hall and foyer, the building houses a cinema, restaurant, gallery and jazz club.

Year-round tours of the richly furnished and luxuriously decorated historical interiors from the second half of the 19th century, when Zákupy served as a summer residence for members of the Habsburg ruling family. We operate a cultural house. We organize theatre and film performances, dance parties, concerts, balls and sales events. There is halogen lighting, piano, bar and kitchen, exhibition panels and white projection screen. The ballroom can seat 180 people and the upstairs seats 154.
