The construction of the prelature building in the Baroque style, sometimes also called the castle, was carried out in 1698-1701 by P. I. Bayer according to the design of J. B. Mathey. After the abolition of the Order in 1785, the entire estate was purchased in 1824 by the then Chancellor K. W. L. P. Metternich, who carried out the last building modifications.

We operate a regional museum and gallery with a permanent exhibition History of Marianska Týnica, education and culture, ethnographic exhibition and life in the towns. We also organize cultural and social events or lectures. We offer the possibility of organizing wedding ceremonies.

Offering tours of the state castle. The present Baroque form of the manor house was preceded by a medieval fortress. The interior and exterior spaces of the castle can be rented for weddings, concerts, presentations, conferences, garden parties and fashion shows.

We organise puppet shows for children and young people with different types of puppets. We also organise touring performances. Our repertoire includes mainly classic fairy tales.

We offer fully wheelchair accessible accommodation in five furnished rooms with private bathroom and toilet, television, telephone and kitchenette and four rooms with shared bathroom and kitchenette. There is a conference hall with a capacity of 70 people including sound system and data projector.

Luhov Castle is a cultural monument in the Pilsen Region. We provide a tour through the castle interiors and thematic expositions. We offer facilities for wedding ceremonies, cultural events, concerts and stylized photo shoots.
