We offer outdoor courses and trips to the countryside such as ferrata, mountaineering, alpine hiking, wild water, ski mountaineering and others. We also rent quality and proven equipment that we use on our courses.

We prepare ordinary people for extraordinary situations. Gray Man Arms is a training program of courses, training and lectures, dealing with security preparation for crisis situations in everyday civilian life. We operate in the Central Bohemia and Ústí nad Labem regions.

We run regular self-defence courses for men, women and girls. We also conduct irregular self-defence seminars and seminars with weapons or law enforcement - telescopic baton etc. To increase physical fitness we train with our own weight and modern fitness supplements in circuit training.

We develop people to become healthy and wise individuals who actively care about the place they live in. We run a forest kindergarten. We promote the 5Rs life principle. We offer activities for families with children.
