We are a registered association of members who are involved in sports mainly hiking, awareness, cultural and educational activities mainly focusing on the development of the individual physically and mentally and self-defence. We primarily teach self-defense within the framework of the comprehensive Russian martial art Systema.

Accredited centre of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Czech Republic for teaching, training and retraining in the field of self-defence. Our PROFI Defence system, Pencak Silat martial arts, training for the civilian sector, security and armed forces of the IZS, self-defence section for children, youth and adults, team building/recreational shooting.

Operation of a karate sports club. We organize self-defense courses.
