NICO Self Defense is a place where children and adults can feel safe and be themselves. Feeling safe, accepted and having a healthy self-esteem is most important to us for children. For adults, we work with prevention, perception of surroundings and reactions in real situations. Part of our teaching includes the A system. C. T.

Offering healthy lifestyle counseling and EFT healing. We run karate classes.

Martial arts training for children, youth and adults. Self-defense for men, women, seniors who want to learn to defend themselves. We also offer individual lessons for individuals, groups and companies.

We teach simple principles of self-defense for everyday life. In addition to regular training, we offer private lessons, prevention training in schools, corporate team building, consultations and demonstrations.

Offering karate and self-defence tuition at hobby and competitive level.

We provide year-round instruction and courses in karate and self-defense. Our coaches are dedicated to children and young people, as young as 4 years old. We hold recruitments all year round: you will learn about the philosophy of karate, increase your physical fitness, mobility and self-control.

We provide group and individual MMA training.

We run a sports club focused on karate and kickboxing. We train three karate groups and one kickboxing group. Karate training includes lessons in sport karate, self-defense and additional exercises. We hold various seminars, competitions and matches in these two sports. We accept new members.

We are dedicated to sport judo especially for children. You can come to us for judo for children or lady ring for women. We do judo kata, kosen judo and self-defense for women.
