Our club was founded by trainer Vlastimil Šmíd in 1988 as a private club and has been operating continuously since then until today. Since August 2016 we have been operating as a registered association and are registered under the world karate-do organization SKIF - Shotokan Karate-do International Federation.

We provide year-round instruction and courses in karate and self-defense. Our coaches are dedicated to children and young people, as young as 4 years old. We hold recruitments all year round: you will learn about the philosophy of karate, increase your physical fitness, mobility and self-control.

Operation of a sports club. Offering karate training also for children from 5 years old. It is a martial art without weapons that uses only hands, feet and other parts of the body for self-defence. Karate is not just a chop with the edge of the hand or a kick to the head.

Offering courses and training in the Korean martial art of Taekwondo. We provide the possibility of individual program or intensive training in the form of short-term seminar.

We operate a sports club with a focus on judo. We participate in sports tournaments and competitions in judo. We run clubs for men, children, juniors, seniors, juniors and youth.

We specialize in teaching Allkampf-Jitsu, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Kickboxing and self-defense. We offer classes for children and adults.

Zaměřujeme se na komplexní vzdělávání v oblasti sebeobrany a reálného použití střelných i chladných zbraní. Pořádáme základní kurzy pro krátké a dlouhé zbraně, dále kurzy pro osobní strážce a první pomoci. Nabízíme kurzy boje zblízka - teleskopickým obuškem a nožem.
