We are an artisan bakery focused on sourdough bread and other sourdough products. At our shop in Olomouc you will also find coffee to go, local products such as Sitka pottery, Jimmy's Food dried meat, a selection of coffee from various roasters and more.

We are a small bakery in the heart of the city, specializing in sourdough bread. We used to bake for our friends so often and in such quantities that our home kitchen was no longer sufficient. And so our bakery was born.
