Pivovarský dům emphasizes the modern concept of Czech cuisine, based on its own bread or confit duck. An integral part of the house is its own microbrewery, where special beers are brewed under the auspices of the Břevnov Monastery Brewery. Taste beer specials and Czech craft spirits.

We operate a brewery and also a beer hall offering hot and cold food or drinks and unfiltered beer. Possibility of organizing corporate parties, family celebrations, wedding receptions and excursions with beer tasting. Our beer is natural without chemical additives, filtration and pasteurization.

Our family-run craft brewery specializes in the production of unfiltered and unpasteurized beers such as classic Czech lagers, top-fermented weizens and various types of ALE. All of our beers are characterized by a distinctive taste and pronounced bitterness, which guarantees a unique experience for every beer lover.

The brewery produces both lagers and top-fermented ales. The brewery includes a restaurant with a summer garden on the square and a guesthouse. You can taste Falkenštejn beer not only in our beer hall, but also in many other places in the region.

The restaurant with a brewery offers Czech and international cuisine. Pork tenderloin with cabbage, beef burgers, beef cheeks and Italian pizza are popular on the menu. The brewery offers bottom-fermented lagers and top-fermented beers such as ALE and IPA. Pilsner Urquell and Radegast 10/12 are also on tap.
