Hospital Písek, a.s. is a modern medical facility in the South Bohemia Region, which provides a wide range of health care. It holds a number of certificates in the field of quality and safety of care, including accreditation by the SAK CR, and actively cooperates with academic institutions.

The hospital was founded by the South Bohemia Region and has eight inpatient wards with 306 beds for acute and follow-up care and an extensive range of specialist outpatient care. The natural catchment area is the Strakonice, Klatovy, Prachatice and Písek regions.

We operate a radiodiagnostic workplace. We perform basic scanning examinations.

We operate a radio-diagnostic workplace. We offer CT scans, scanning, mammography, ultrasound and dental x-rays.

Provide primary and outpatient care. We have 338 beds in 10 bed wards. We operate ARO, NICU, surgery, pediatric, OB/GYN, internal medicine, neurology, orthopedics, ENT, follow-up and rehabilitation care. We provide consultation with a medical social worker.

We provide manual and instrumental lymphatic drainage.
