I focus on a holistic approach to human health. I use the knowledge of classical medicine and alternative directions, especially Ayurveda and traditional Chinese medicine. The latter offers me inspiration in practical phytotherapy, cyclical eating, and conscious management of external and internal resources.

We organise massage retraining courses and seminars. For example diagnostics, foot reflexology, anti-migraine massage, Dorn method and Breuss massage, lymph massage, Thai massage, lava stones, Hawaiian massage, ball massage, kinesiotaping, reflex segment massage, cupping or honey massage.

We provide educational courses for the public. We organize seminars in the fields of sanitarian, social service worker, nanny and recovery paramedic. We also focus on massage or sign language.
