The Foundation's aim is to promote Buddhism and to build a new meditation centre at Shanta Vana, which also houses the residence of Venerable Dhammadipa. The centre will be for all Buddhist groups - in the spirit of the thesis of the founder of the foundation, Ct. Dhammadipa that there is only one Buddhism.

The basic pillars in our happy life are a healthy body, a clear mind, emotional management and a good relationship with ourselves. I also teach this to my clients through consultations and meditations. By supporting and nurturing all parts we achieve the best effect.

The Shanta Vana Center was founded by the revered meditation teacher Tomas Dhammadipa to create a space for the study and practice of Dharma and to practice the noble way of life with others.

In a gentle and harmonious environment I offer therapies, maderotherapy, Touch massage. Flow yoga, body work with rubber bands and over balls, yoga for children and intuitive dance. My goal is to create balance to connect body, mind and soul so that you feel great.
