We are a non-profit organization that has been providing services in the field of healthy nutrition and emphasizing movement since 2012. Our main mission is prevention and education in the field of healthy lifestyle. We implement the project Cap for Kindergarten, eating disorders within the ANOCEN center, exercise for the elderly.

We are a centre for psychotherapy and nutrition. Eating disorders are addressed by highly qualified professionals through family therapy, nutritional and exercise counseling. Parenting groups are part of the therapy. The whole project is implemented by the Health Programme funded by the EEA Grants 2014-2021.

I offer dance-movement therapy, which is a talking therapy that uses movement and the body to support emotions, self-esteem and resolve conflict in relationships. A safe space for all body identities and LGBTQ+ clients. I offer services in English, English and Spanish.

Offering individual nutritional counseling, weight loss courses, exercise and massage.

We provide traffic psychological diagnostics in accordance with the conditions set out in Section 87a (5) of Act 361/2000 Coll. on road traffic as amended. The traffic psychologist conducting the examination is accredited for this type of special diagnostics by the Ministry of Transport of the Czech Republic.

Psychological counseling and diagnosis for adults and adolescents.

I provide psychological counselling. I also offer alternative approaches, regression therapy and art therapy. I organise lectures and personal development courses.
