Modern bistro in the Nosreti Park area. Every weekday from 7:30 am we offer a varied breakfast, brunch and lunch in a combination of Italian and Czech cuisine. A great advantage is our own car park with over 200 spaces - you can always park with us.

Bistro operation.

You can look forward to the intersection of art, people and ideas in a unique space. In the café we will offer quality coffee, homemade lemonades, organic ciders, honest gastronomy and more.

In the bistro you can buy standard products of our butcher shop and bakery, including confectionery products. Of course, there is a hot counter with the legendary Globus meatloaf or additional sale of drinks and other basic assortment. In the Bistro you will also find dishes from the Globus Restaurant Brno.

We offer a selection of coffee and teas, homemade delicacies, great breakfasts, a selection of quality alcohol, refreshing soft and alcoholic mixed drinks and award winning wine from a regional winemaker. It doesn't stop at breakfast, we cook up goodies all day long and over twelve varieties of ice cream are available to sample during the season.

Café Operation.

We operate a cafe and a pastry shop with an unusual interior.

We offer a selection of freshly roasted coffees from Czech roasters, mostly from Oh my bean. Italian arabica robusta blend 80/20%. Cakes, delicacies all of our production. In summer you can use the garden which is also non-smoking. Breakfast all day.

We run a cafe offering alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. We also offer breakfast, sandwiches, paninis, salads and pancakes.

PRIME Bistro is a modern bistro focused on honest cuisine made from quality ingredients. We offer meat and meatless options, quick lunches and takeaways. Our emphasis is on taste, simplicity and a fair approach to food.
