Home Hospice is a not-for-profit religious organization providing care, assistance and support to patients who are in the advanced or terminal stages of illness (called terminal illness) and who wish to receive care in a home setting. We operate a rental service for compensatory aids. We provide counselling.

The only inpatient hospice in the South Bohemia region provides expert palliative care to terminally ill patients in the terminal phase of life and assistance to their loved ones. Non-profit organization provides outreach nursing services in Borovany, Jílovice, Olešnice, Ledenice, Trhové Sviny and surrounding areas. We provide care at your home 7 days a week. Our mission is to enable the client to stay at home in their own environment.

Counseling offers help to terminally ill dying patients and their families, even after the patient's life has ended and loved ones have stayed behind (bereavement). Psychosocial help also to survivors of unexpected death of a loved one or parents of stillborn children.
