We deal with heat and chemical-thermal processing of metals. We carry out hardening, annealing, refining, nitriding, carbonitriding, tenifer, oxidation, cementing, nitrocementing, blackening, blasting, plastering, chemofinishing, ceramofinishing, straightening and freezing.

The main heat treatment technology is nitriding in a gaseous atmosphere. As a complementary service to the nitriding process, we offer surface oxidation after nitriding. There is also the possibility of protecting parts of surfaces, threads, holes before nitriding, annealing, tempering and inter-operative stabilization to remove stresses.

Focus on special and complex piece production to individual customer requirements. We perform vacuum and surface hardening, nitriding or metal refining. We also provide high frequency surface hardening, straightening, freezing, annealing, oxynitriding, cementation, vacuum tempering and more.

We are engaged in cooperative machining of engineering components made of ferrous and non-ferrous materials. We provide machining, blasting, heat treatment, grinding, drilling, slotting, material cutting and turning. We also offer stainless steel and aluminum alloy forgings in various sizes.

We are engaged in PVD hard coating of tools on PLATIT PVD equipment and manufacturing of watch components. We use electroplating technology to produce watch dials. We use pad printing to apply bicolour coatings and protection with transparent varnish.
