I am a lactation consultant o.z. MAMILA. I will prepare you for breastfeeding already during pregnancy, help you with breastfeeding after the birth, but also at any time later. I will provide you with help and support throughout the entire breastfeeding process (in person and online counselling). I will advise you on sleeping and soothing your baby, feedings and ergonomic carrying.

I offer preparation for six months of childbirth and breastfeeding, pregnancy swimming, lactation and carrying advice, help with choosing a carrier or a scarf, psychological support after childbirth, and regular meetings for mothers.
