I organize facial yoga courses in Prague and Central Bohemia, I also participate in corporate workshops. I am also a masseuse of KOBIDO facial massages and buccal massages, which firm the skin and contribute to relaxation and release muscle tension.

We provide healthy and playful exercise for children. The methodologies of our follow-up courses are based on the findings of psychomotor development and physiotherapy. We offer parent-child (infants and toddlers) exercise classes and preschool classes. We promote a relationship with movement and healthy child development. We organize exercises for pregnant women.

A family run exercise centre providing exercise for children and adults, we also organise one-off events. We also offer hire of our premises, namely our cafe and hall for corporate events, family celebrations, workshops etc.
