I provide psychological consultations to adults and adolescents from the age of 15. My work is based on the principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). We can meet in person or online.

Psychological counselling aimed at helping people cope with psychological problems (e.g. depression, stress, anxiety, chronic pain) through changes in their behaviour and thinking using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), ACT and Mindfulness techniques.

I offer psychological help for fear, anxiety, feelings of sadness, relationship problems, low self-esteem, sleep and eating problems.

I provide individual art therapy and mental health consultations. Art therapy comes when words are not enough or too much. It helps when you've talked about everything a thousand times and no relief has come. Or when you'd rather not talk about your problems at all. Come and find solutions through art.
