I provide psychological counselling and therapy for adolescents aged 12 and up and adults. I help with anxiety and depression type problems, self-harm, dissatisfaction with self, problems in relationships with the environment, trauma. I also work with the EMDR method.

I offer EFT therapy online and in person.
