I run a specialist surgical clinic.

We provide state-of-the-art medical care in the fields of aesthetic and general surgery and outpatient traumatology. We perform eyelid surgery, mole removal, varicose vein surgery, wound care, fracture treatment and joint plasma treatment. We also operate a general practitioner's office and a vaccination centre.

We operate a vascular surgery department. We perform operations on aortic arch branches, arteries, venous injuries, aneurysms and thyroid.

Operation of a surgical ward. Vascular, hernia, mammary, oncology or trauma clinics available. We perform laparoscopic operations, stomach, thyroid, breast, varicose vein, inguinal hernia operations using modern techniques and other surgical procedures.

The outpatient clinic provides counselling and treatment of surgical diseases in the rectal area. We provide expert proctological examination including anoscopy and design of individual treatment.

MUDr. Miloslav Pirkl, vascular specialist, offers non-standard surgery hours in the afternoon or evening in our office. During the examination, an ultrasound of the veins is also performed as standard. We perform all known varicose vein procedures with many years of experience.

We offer modern methods of treatment for surgical and venous diseases. We work with day surgery - minimally invasive approaches, laparoscopic groin and umbilical hernia surgery, gallbladder surgery. Examination with modern devices, aesthetic venous surgery, treatment of varicose veins, also in outpatient mode.

We provide treatment of the superficial venous system of the lower limbs, including ultrasound diagnostics. On an outpatient basis we perform venous sclerotherapy, mini-phlebectomies under local anaesthesia and treatment of venous veins with a radiofrequency needle with the VIRIDEX device.
