We organize courses in oriental belly dance of all levels from 5 to 80 years.

We operate a dance studio. Our dance companies perform at various events within the region and the country. Dancers have presented their skills, art and joy in choreography abroad: in Poland, Switzerland, Italy, Germany and the USA.

We are a family studio with more than 15 years of tradition. Of course we have a personal approach, creative atmosphere and emphasis on health effects. We offer professional performances according to the customer's wishes.

We are engaged in teaching oriental belly dance. We provide dance classes for women and girls of all ages. We organize dance and residential seminars. We offer professional dance performances for social and cultural events or corporate parties. We specialize in experiential yoga classes.

We offer exercises on and with Gymballs, pelvic floor exercises, exercises with own weight and Lady Latin flirt dance.
