Family therapy/psychotherapy helps families find a healthier and more appropriate way for their family system to function. It cares for the family/family member during a challenging time in life.

Nutritional counselor, instructor of buteyko breathing school, KBT overweight and obesity training from STOB.

I offer psychological counselling, coaching and crisis intervention. I am also a participant of psychotherapeutic training in cognitive-behavioural therapy.

I provide individual counselling using psychotherapeutic methods. For adults and adolescents aged 12 years and older. I am happy to become a guide to your problems and together we can find solutions to make you feel better. Psychotherapy will give you self-awareness and maybe help you find a new direction in life.

I am a lactation consultant o.z. MAMILA. I will prepare you for breastfeeding already during pregnancy, help you with breastfeeding after the birth, but also at any time later. I will provide you with help and support throughout the entire breastfeeding process (in person and online counselling). I will advise you on sleeping and soothing your baby, feedings and ergonomic carrying.

I focus on therapeutic guidance for individuals, couples or families. I also do therapy with children with whom I process their emotions in a playful way. In my work, I feel it is important to provide a safe and respectful space for our sessions where you can confide your difficulties.

When you don’t know what to think anymore and stress is overwhelming you, you’re not alone. I offer a space where I won’t “cure” you, but will care for you with respect. Together, we’ll find peace and a simple path out of the chaos and back to your strength. Take the first step toward relief and simply reach out to me.

I help people get rid of inner blocks, fears and old wounds. I offer counseling, coaching and gentle energy harmonization through the PET method, which promotes inner peace and ease in life. I provide online consultations only.
