In the fitness zone, there are full-body exercise machines, multi-function towers, benchpress benches and a range of one-handed dumbbells.

I am a personal trainer and fitness coach for women. I help women feel comfortable and confident in their bodies. I offer personal training, strength training, individual training, pair training, functional training, weight loss, fitness improvement, meal plans and nutritional advice.
