We operate a gym with 24-hour operation. Our gym is also open to anyone who wants to try something different than a traditional fitness center. Just book an appointment and you can bring a partner or friend.

BodyBody training is a revolutionary concept in fitness. You can come and work out with a health fitness trainer, first class free. If you have various body deformities, it doesn't matter, we will straighten everything you can, even if you think you can't.

I offer personal trainer services not only at the gym but also at your home or business. Exercises to firm and strengthen the body, weight loss, fitness, rehabilitation exercises, nutritional advice. Exercises to gain mass take place in the gym. I also offer kinesiotaping for spine, joint, tendon and muscle pain.
