SENIOR centrum Blansko is a contributory organization of the South Moravian Region, which since 2002 provides residential social services for the elderly, namely Home for the elderly and Home with special regime, and newly since 2024 Relief service for people from 18 years with reduced self-sufficiency.

We provide residential social services and nursing care for the elderly. There is a dining room, single to quadruple rooms with private or shared bathrooms, and health and activity care. We provide occupational therapy, reminiscence therapy and activities to promote mental fitness.

Offering assistance to seniors or people with disabilities in managing activities of daily living. Ensure adherence to treatment regimen. We transport people to doctors, offices and other institutions. We offer help with household chores and meals.

We operate a nursing home with a capacity of 84 apartments for citizens who need assistance due to health or age. There is a dining room, doctor's office, rehabilitation or laundry facilities. Each apartment has an equipped kitchen, private bathroom and a terrace.

We operate a nursing home with 39 apartments for residents who need assistance due to their health or age. There is a lounge with a library. We organize cultural and social events.

We run a hospital for the long-term sick. We provide spiritual ministry. We provide care for patients in internal medicine, diabetes, urology and gynecology outpatient clinics, clinical speech therapy and orthopedics. We offer rehabilitation services to the public.
