I am here for those who are going through a challenging time, need a change, feel stress, anxiety or insecurity. I offer sessions in a safe space where you can find peace, understanding and a path to resolution.

I offer psychological counselling and coaching. I provide counselling in the following areas: partner and family relationships, work problems, learning difficulties, emotional difficulties, anxiety, feelings of inferiority, loneliness, need for personal growth. I help with stress management and overwork.
