The main activity of the contributory organization of the city is the management of the founder's forest property, forest management according to the Forest Act and related regulations, forest pedagogy and work with the public.

We focus on sustainable forest management in state-owned forests, activities of professional forest managers, forest protection services, management of small watercourses, hunting and fishing, forestry education. We publish professional journals and books.
