The cheeses made in our cheese factory are free of preservatives and dyes. Hand production allows for gentle handling of both the cheese grain during production and the individual cheeses. We also offer cold cuts and meat products made from the trimming of lamb.

We produce dairy products: hard and semi-hard cheeses, butter, skimmed milk powder, whey powder, cottage cheese and consumable liquid products in ELOPAK packaging - fresh milk, whipped buttermilk, cream, whipped cream or white yoghurt.
