The Soběslav Brewery is a South Bohemian microbrewery where we’ve been brewing authentic Czech beers and specialty beers since 2021. We offer beer in glass bottles, PET bottles, and kegs, as well as brewery tours with tastings and draft beer served directly from the tank at our tap window.

We operate a restaurant offering hot and cold dishes and a daily menu. We serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

We operate a beer hall with a capacity of 85 seats. Private events (birthday parties, weddings, etc.) can also be held here, with a table seating up to 65 people, with the possibility of a dance area and a place for a band.

The Belveder Brewery Restaurant offers traditional Czech dishes, fair portions and Platan tank beer. There is a stylish interior and a quiet garden seating area. We cater for daily menus, wedding receptions, family celebrations and corporate events.

We run a microbrewery. Apart from our bottom-fermented lager, you can also find top-fermented beers, seasonal specials made from various malts, hops or wheat with various flavours and aromas brewed mainly by us from Czech microbreweries.

We offer hot meals including draught beer and soft drinks. There is a lounge for 30 people, TV, electronic darts or football. The property is equipped with wireless internet access, a lounge and a non-smoking area. We also sell complementary products in the form of popsicles, ice creams and sundaes.

We are a group of enthusiasts who decided to build a microbrewery in South Bohemia. And since the first beer has already been brewed, now you can have a nice pint too. So cheers and here's to the first real Olešnice beer.

Founded in 2018 by three beer enthusiasts, the brewery is a continuation of our long-standing home brewing tradition, which we have been doing since 1998. We are ultra-specialists in bottom-fermented beers. We don't pasteurise or filter our beers so that we can offer them to you in the best quality.
