The pilgrimage complex with a monumental church was built in the 18th century by the monastery of Plasz. The architectural concept of J. B. Santini was completed in 2021 with the unique addition of a second ambulatory. This national cultural monument is the seat of the Museum and Gallery of Northern Pilsen. The life of the monastery began in 1144, when it was founded by the then Prince Vladislav II, and its current appearance was influenced by Baroque reconstructions. After the dissolution of the monastery in the 19th century, it became the dominion of the Metternich family. It can host weddings.
