We offer dance classes for children, teenagers and adults. We provide a programme of cultural and social events. We organize basic dance and continuation courses. We rehearse pre-dancing for proms. We run a dance club.

We provide sports activities and events for exercisers of all ages. We run badminton, volleyball, bodybuilding, netball and table tennis clubs. We offer aerobics, yoga, sports gymnastics, bodyforming, exercise classes for seniors, parents with children and children.
