Galvanovna performs metal surface treatment using new technologies. The offer includes hard and conventional anodizing, chemical nickel plating, hard chrome plating.

Galvanic line. We offer metal surface treatment. We offer galvanizing, zinc/nickel alloy coating where we operate 3 automatic lines with a monthly capacity of 800 tons. We provide anodizing of aluminum parts. Direct passivation of Zn castings, Surtec 680 and Lanthane.

Electroplating offers metal finishing - electroplating (blue and thick layer passivation), anodizing and pickling of aluminum.

Titanium plating, coating of metal parts, PVD surface treatment of titanium Ti (silver shade) and titanium nitride TiN (gold shade), use on metals - stainless steel, nickel, chrome, brass. Fittings, tuning, chandeliers, gun parts, faucets, taps.

We perform wet painting in four production divisions, both in manual and robotic operations. Painting of automotive parts, rolling stock parts, luxury furniture surfaces and precision engineering parts. In-house development of coating and application systems.

We provide metal finishing and electroplating. We provide chemical nickel plating of steel and aluminum, galvanic acid galvanizing (blue, yellow and black chromate), alkaline galvanizing, hard chrome plating, anodizing, phosphating and blackening. We provide a collection service using our own freight transport.

We are engaged in PVD hard coating of tools on PLATIT PVD equipment and manufacturing of watch components. We use electroplating technology to produce watch dials. We use pad printing to apply bicolour coatings and protection with transparent varnish.

We offer powder coating (komaxit). We are part of the Komaxit Service program. Two painting lines, GEMA booth for quick tint change. Three workstations for piece orders. Blasting and Balotina and phosphating. ISO 9001. Paint shop for large parts max. 6,8 x 2 x 2,5 m, 1500 kg, 5-10 years warranty.
