We operate a modern fitness centre with cafe and spa in the city centre. We are certified partners of the H.E.A.T. program and offer a variety of other classes - tabata, power yoga and schwinn cycling, then TAICHI, kettlebell, and pole dance. All in a relaxed environment and in a pleasant team.

Our dance school offers instruction in a variety of dance styles for beginners and advanced dancers. We have classes for children and adults, and we also hold classes specifically for men. We teach the following dance styles pole dance, belly dance, chair dance, zumba, twerk & dancehall & hottie heels.
