We operate a nursing home. We help people with serving meals, dressing and undressing, spatial orientation and independent movement in space. We also offer help with personal hygiene, bathing and cleaning nursing equipment. We deliver or prepare lunches and dinners.

We are a provider of social and related services. These primarily include caregiving services, assistive device rentals, and counseling for seniors and caregivers. The organization currently has regional offices in Prague, the Central Bohemian Region, and the Pardubice Region.

We help make life easier and more comfortable for frail seniors in the Přelouč region who still live in their own homes. We also offer support to people at the end of their lives and to those who care for them.
