We offer antenatal classes, swimming and pregnancy pregnancy massage, lactation counselling, parenting classes, babywearing, baby massage and yoga.

I offer women professional lactation and babywearing counseling. I work in the Opava region and I go to women's homes from the wider area, to maternity hospitals, or you can visit me in the lactation clinic in Otice. It also offers antenatal preparation for breastfeeding.
