Psychological counselling for children and adults.

Individual psychotherapy online or in person in Ostrava. For children, adolescents and adults. I work with topics such as parenting, relationships, anxiety, depression and personal growth.

In my 20 years of practice in child and adolescent psychiatry, I have encountered many stories of children, their parents and entire families. I have had the opportunity to gain an active insight into the world of clinical speech and language therapists, educators and social workers who have enabled me to better understand the broad spectrum of work with children.

We offer support in the area of emotional and mental stability. Our therapy focuses on the specific issues that clients are struggling with. We help develop communication and relaxation skills. We work with both individuals and couples to strengthen their relationships and help them better understand each other’s needs.

I offer psychotherapy and solution-focused counselling (solutions focus model). I work with adults, children (10 years and older), couples and families.
