We are a small, friendly gym for everyone who wants to feel good in the gym. We offer workouts with a personal trainer. Our private Finnish sauna is the perfect place to relax for 4 - 6 people.

We run an air-conditioned fitness centre. The gym has 33 separate exercise machines. It also includes an aerobic zone. There are exercise bikes, treadmills, stair climb simulator, stepper, elliptical trainer, elliptical stepper and cross trainer.
