We run a gym, offer individual training plans and advice with the possibility of using the services of a personal trainer. We provide expert advice on healthy eating. We also focus on body shaping and weight loss advice.

We offer: yoga, LTV, rehabilitation, musculoskeletal diagnostics.

We are a professional sports club, currently the champion of the Czech Republic 2020. We also focus on working with youth and we are one of the youth training centers of the Czech Badminton Federation and the Central Bohemia Region. We also offer classes for the public or badminton camps for recreational players.
