The studio provides comprehensive architectural services with a focus on civil engineering, urban planning, design.

We are engaged in construction project management providing comprehensive project development and management in all performance phases including engineering and arranging the necessary surveys. Our work results in the delivery of complete project documentation including all necessary sections and studies.

We deal with projects of residential, administrative or sports buildings, low-energy houses or wooden buildings. We process construction projects including the provision of related works and professions. We provide site surveys, land use or development studies and also construction supervision.

We offer design and engineering services including construction supervision. These are mainly technical supervision of the investor, author's supervision, activities of the coordinator of the occupational health and safety. We help investors to deal with reconstruction and new buildings.

The studio began operating independently in the fall of 2016. Its soul is Ing. arch. Štěpán Abt and Ing. arch. Ďuro Smoleň. Our values are primarily a pro-client approach and personal commitment as well as responsibility for doing a quality job.
