We deal with the design of electrical equipment and power distribution systems mainly for industrial plants and energy infrastructure. Our activity is on the whole territory of the Czech Republic.

We offer: designs and studies of buildings, building projects, negotiation of buildings with the authorities, also through the builder's portal, electronic authorization of documentation, building supervision, building passports and legalization of buildings. Furthermore, 3D-printing and modelling of buildings, services and solutions in the construction industry in South and Central Bohemia.

We build turnkey houses. Designing including securing building permits, engineering and architecture, earthworks, foundations, rough construction, plastering, insulation, roof construction, ZTI. We also provide fencing, landscaping and gardening.

Family house projects - we design individual projects, type projects, energy-efficient and low-energy brick and prefabricated family houses (bungalow projects and bunk houses). We provide energy performance certificate, radon survey, geological and hydrogeological survey, fire report.

We offer drilled wells and boreholes for heat pumps including the necessary building permits.

Projects and construction of houses. As standard we construct foundations with lying drains, waterproofing with insulation against medium radon, perimeter and internal load-bearing masonry made of Durisol, non-load-bearing partitions, ceiling construction and complete roof.

We will create turnkey project documentation for you. From the initial architectural study, through the project for the building permit (for the implementation of the construction) and including complete engineering. We specialize in single-family and apartment houses, buildings for amenities with low energy consumption.
