We are a yoga studio located in the heart of Frýdek-Místek. You can expect a modern and design space, a variety of classes and amazing teachers. Leave your worries at the door, roll out your mat and let yourself drift in the rhythm of your breath with yoga asanas.

A community fitness center focused on an active lifestyle. We offer outdoor and group workouts, workshops, healthy eating, and a space for people to come together—all united by exercise, health, and shared experiences.
