I offer yoga classes for beginners and advanced students in a comfortable yoga lounge environment. I focus on mindful movement, correct execution of postures and a gentle approach to the body. I also organize themed workshops, weekend retreats and yoga journeys. Come and relax, stretch your body and recharge your energy.

We are a family studio where you can work out, stretch and have a bite to eat. We offer pilates, harmonisation, beer or aroma yoga classes.

Family sports and relaxation centre. We have group lessons, children's exercises, squash, gym, fitness zone, table tennis, VacuShape, badminton (on the squash court). For relaxation and regeneration private sauna or maderotherapy and more.

We offer dynamic yoga classes focused on breath and mindfulness. We practice ashtanga vinyasa yoga, which teaches us to deepen our connection with ourselves. Each class includes a series of asanas, breathing techniques and relaxation.
