Life Design Studio, located in the city center, was founded by Tereza Kovačovič, B.A., an integrative coach, instructor, and creator of the Somatic Life Design™ method. There, she leads Life Design coaching sessions and her own programs for women and girls that combine body-based work, personal development, and tangible change in everyday life.

I offer yoga classes. The goal of yoga is to tune in on a physical, emotional, social and spiritual level.

The center is a creative place for anyone on the path of yoga, self-discovery and spirituality. Here you will find regular yoga classes and classes, seminars, workshops and lectures in various areas of spiritual and alternative teachings.

We operate a complex focused on sports and leisure activities. You will find indoor golf with two simulators, driving range, chipping and putting green as well as badminton and tennis courts. We offer a tennis academy for children. We have a fitness centre with yoga, pilates and other exercise classes.
