I am a yoga teacher with a passion for mandala painting. The combination of yoga and mandalas has beneficial effects on our body and mind. I would love to welcome you to one of my courses, yoga classes or weekend retreats to discover the magic of yoga and creative making together.

I organize public and private yoga and pilates classes for beginners and advanced. I also offer diagnosis of hormonal imbalances through electroacupuncture and psychology, relief of mental or physical pain. I deal with holistic therapy. I organize seminars and courses on health.

Operation of a fitness center. In our centre you will find a cardio zone. We apply the Airpressure Bodyforming method which provides targeted fat burning, plumping and improved skin appearance. We offer the opportunity to work out on Pilates machines, where exercise on these machines is 5 times more effective than traditional exercise.

We operate a modern fitness centre with cafe and spa in the city centre. We are certified partners of the H.E.A.T. program and offer a variety of other classes - tabata, power yoga and schwinn cycling, then TAICHI, kettlebell, and pole dance. All in a relaxed environment and in a pleasant team.
