We operate a volunteer fire department.

We focus on creating the conditions to effectively protect the life and health of citizens and property from fires and in providing assistance during natural disasters and emergencies.

In 2021 we established a call-out unit for all parts of the municipalities of Žitenice, Pohořany, Skalice. We established a children's club of young firefighters. We train fire prevention.

The Corps provides fire protection for the municipality, eliminates the consequences of emergencies and natural disasters. For children we organize discos, film screenings, masquerade balls and camps with firefighting themes. Preparation of documentation of fire protection of the municipality.

We provide public fire protection and rescue work.
