Galvanizing from small parts up to 3500 mm. We offer a wide range of zinc passivation: blue, yellow, extra yellow and black. The capacity of four automated electroplating lines allows us to handle any order. We maintain an iso 9100 and 14001 quality system.

We operate a powder coating shop. We have a modern powder coating line, comprehensively focused on ferrous and aluminium surfaces. The technological composition of the line consists of a clocked degreasing machine, waste water treatment plant, drying room, powder coating booth, curing oven.

We realize large-scale powder coating of the maximum dimension of the painted product in automatic mode of length 2100 x height 1600 x width 750 and the dimension of the painted product in manual mode of length 5000 x height 1900 x width 2400. For production we use modern CNC technology for laser cutting of material, punching, bending, welding, etc. We offer locksmith works, surface treatment of material or packaging and transport of products.
