Operation of a maternity clinic. Exercise for pregnant women and antenatal classes. Choice of anaesthesia before caesarean section.

We run a centre for pregnant women and a pregnancy shop. We organize antenatal classes, pregnancy massages and special exercises for pregnant women. We also offer courses for dads.

Offer antenatal classes, one-to-one birth preparation for couples, lactation counselling, exercise and swimming for pregnant women. I provide massage classes, baby care classes, baby tying and babywearing. I practice with babies and toddlers. I provide visiting services after and before childbirth.

We offer antenatal classes, exercise for expectant mothers and postnatal exercise.

For expectant mothers I prepare courses and training on childbirth. I also offer a course in balloon exercises and a one-off course in preparation for childbirth including a partner. I also lend out scarves for carrying babies, Nobilis Tilia natural Czech cosmetics and Medela underwear for breastfeeding mothers. I visit mothers before and after childbirth.

We operate a maternity ward. The maternity ward has 22 beds and 4 superior rooms. We offer extra paid services such as exercise classes for expectant mothers, ultrasound recording on DVD and more.
