We run a construction and engineering company. We specialize in industrial, residential and monumental constructions and implementation of civil engineering.

Providing planning, architectural and design work, building consultancy and author supervision. We provide hydrogeological, geological, radon, remediation and structural engineering surveys, structural and building dynamics assessments, fire safety and consultancy. Provision of materials.

We carry out engineering and design activities in construction. We offer the preparation of architectural studies, documentation for zoning and construction proceedings or building implementation projects. We also provide construction supervision. We provide an OSH coordinator on the construction site. We provide expert advice.

I perform the foundation of the first row of masonry type Porotherm, Porobeton, Beton, Vpc and others) perimeter, central or non-load-bearing interior partitions of common manufacturers: Heluz, Porotherm, Porfix, Km Beta, Leier, Ytong, Ecoton, tondach and others. I am using a levelling kit and a levelling machine.

We are mainly engaged in the construction of houses and villas, specializing in architecturally interesting and demanding objects. We cooperate with architects from all over the Czech Republic. We do not build typical turnkey houses, but we create individual and challenging house projects.

We offer turnkey construction, reconstruction, repair and maintenance of buildings, extensions, building modifications, facade insulation, plasterboard and excavation works, tile work, interlocking tiles and more. We carry out electrical, heating, plumbing and locksmith work.
